Hi! I am your new hype queen and sister in jiu-jitsu!
A lifelong athlete who constantly seeks betterment for myself while encouraging those around me.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer,
Master of Business Administration, blogger, and competitive grappler. I find fulfillment in empowering women to work towards their best selves. I am just a woman who fell in love with jiu-jitsu and has to share it with anyone I can. I truly believe we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

I have been head over heels in love with jiu-jitsu since the moment I started. It empowers women in a way nothing else does and there's nothing more important to me than helping girls and women achieve the same confidence and strength it has given me.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, and I am in school to be a Physical Therapy Assistant.
I am so excited to be a part of building this sisterhood from the ground up with my best friend!
